The biggest challenge that Accurate Technologies faced on their website was time. The site hadn’t been updated since 2010, making it outdated in both design and functionality. With a custom-built online catalog, robust search engine, product cross-promotion functionality, and a modern look and feel, the new Accurate Technologies website is able to compete in the marketplace and deliver their users the products and information they’re looking for.

The previous website for Accurate Technologies was last updated in 2010 and was in need of a complete overhaul. The company needed easy navigation and intuitive content structure to help visitors quickly find the information they were looking for. To help the company stay competitive in their industry, we also needed to create a modern e-commerce shopping experience. However, there wasn’t an up-to-date digital version of the products list available to convert into a product feed for the new online store.


We developed a unique product import template that allowed us to display items with options dependent on variations selected and complex configurations. This allowed products in the shop to include all options available on the product page instead of relying on outdated matrix tables used on the previous website. With related product features, the client could offer additional parts and replacement items that were commonly needed in a more intuitive manner. In addition to an updated, modern design and shopping experience, we added a more extensive classification of products by industry to make it easier for new customers to shop, even if they don’t know the exact product name. We also added a search feature to help existing and repeat customers quickly find items they were already familiar with.


The new website better showcases the level of professionalism and high-quality products available from Accurate Technologies. The client is able to create better cross-promotion across merchandise and help customers find the right item for the job. The updated navigation and content organization makes it easier to find supporting information such as case studies, manuals, presentations, and demo materials. The added search feature helps existing and repeat customers quickly find the products they are already familiar with. Since the new site launched, there has been a notable increase in new users and pageviews have nearly doubled.
